The Circle is our small group class experience at Kontrol Haus.

With only 2–4 people per class, we keep things intimate and focused. You're not lost in a crowded studio. Your instructor sees you, knows your body, and helps you move better — every single class.

Why "The Circle"?

The name reflects what we believe about movement:

  • A circle is supportive — everyone can see each other and learn together.

  • A circle has no front or back — every person matters equally.

  • In Classical Pilates, movement flows in cycles — breath, rhythm, repetition.

The Circle is where community and the classical method meet.

What to Expect

  • Small class size – maximum 4 people

  • Full apparatus – Reformer, Mat, Magic Circle, Wunda Chair, and more

  • Warm, skilled instruction – taught by Xi or Libby, both Romana Classical Pilates apprentices
